I feel like refreshers over time, every once in a while, a refresher course of, like, “Hey, remind yourself to try and get out of your mental bias.” I feel like that’s something throughout your whole career that you just have to keep reminding yourself. I mean, I don’t know that they’re ever going to institute, like, “To renew your Iowa dental license, you have to do this.”
