I think there’s also… Not really when it comes to faculty, but just patient expectations. I think a lot of patients hear about implants, and they come in and they say, “I want an implant.” And then really there’s so many factors about why that wouldn’t be best, and financially that might not be the case. And they don’t want things removable, but they can’t afford implants or fixed options. And you kind of have to almost talk them down from that, and then that just causes a lot of stress and other things because they came in knowing that they want this, and then they can’t. And I think that’s just a big issue, that you just have to keep in mind how to convince them that that’s not the best option.
