Did I anticipate having to do administrative work in clinical care as a student? No, I did not. I didn’t anticipate having to schedule and anticipate having to. Even though I had a bit of experience working at a front desk at a dental office, and then just growing up having to deal with those issues. I had a bit of knowledge, because of me having to go through and learning health literacy to support my family, that is the only reason I had that bit of knowledge. But no, I didn’t anticipate having to do it myself though.
