I was raised in Southern California, so I was raised in an environment where that was incredibly diverse. This is the least diverse environment I’ve ever been in my life. I even, I went to high school in Des Moines, but I went to a public high school. It was incredibly diverse. And this is the least diverse environment I’ve ever been in. Maybe that’s why it’s maybe a bit of a shock for me. But an opposite shock because usually you get people have been in a homogenous environment, and then they go to a non-homogenous environment, and then they’re shocked by that. I’m coming from a diverse environment to a homogenous environment. I’m like, “Ooh, this is different.”
