I would say access to care, and oral health literacy, and health literacy [are the main challenges in providing care]. Because access to care with time and everything, but then also getting somewhere can be very difficult for people. For patients, especially. And then oral health literacy and health literacy. That’s something I’m trying to work on right now in my master’s. It’s just educating patients on why it’s so important to come to the dentist, but then also go to your PCP, and go to other specialists, and get holistic care. Not just specialist care.
