Again, these are strangers when we first meet them. And once we start getting to know them, what I’ve noticed is I’m doing things different. We have certain protocols for certain things, but as soon as I know that patient’s coming immediately I know what they want or what they prefer. I set up things differently. I talk to them differently. Some patients need reminders, some don’t. And so we’re already getting really antiquated with individualizing care even if it’s just the small things. So, that to me was the enlightening part.
